Music as a tool for healing
Music is the universal language of life,
it is the gift that connects us to our own unique power and the gateway to understanding the world. We are not separate from the rest of the world, we are not alone, we are all connected and music simply reminds us of that. Dancing, singing, and playing music is some of the best "medicine" for reducing stress, anxiety, fear and depression.
Sound and Vibrational healing offer a variety of benefits including; deep relaxation, improved sleep, pain relief, reduced stress and anxiety and chakra balancing ,to name a few.
And while I could go on and on about the amazing benefits of sound healing, and all of the science to back it up, at the end of the day I simply want to help you live a better life through the most sacred and simple of things in the world.
That is why I started the You Enjoy Life and it is my intention to get people to dance and sing together around the world via the #globaldanceparty.
